Dr. Qureshi obtained his Medical Degree from Dow Medical College – University of Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan in 1991. He completed residency training at University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine in June 1997. He then came to Southern Illinois in July 1997. He worked at Choate Mental Health Center in Anna from 1997 through 2006. Since March 1998, he has been affiliated with Southern Illinois School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry as Clinical Assistant Professor.
Dr. Qureshi is the Medical Director for the Mulberry Center at Harrisburg Medical Center and the Center for Senior Renewal at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro. He provides consultations at Harrisburg Medical Center, Herrin Hospital, Memorial Hospital of Carbondale, and St. Joseph Memorial Hospital.
He has been Secretary (2002-2003) and President (2004-2005) for the Southern Chapter of the Illinois Psychiatric Society. He is also a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Society of Psychopharmacology.
Dr. Qureshi is also involved in teaching of Resident Students from SIU Family Practice, Medical Students from SIU School of Medicine and Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Physician Assistant Students from SIU.

Dr. Donaldson obtained a Bachelor's of Arts with a Major in Sociology / Business Administration at McKendree College in Lebanon, IL in 1973. He then attended University of Illinois in Springfield, IL where he earned a Masters in Arts with a Major in Human Development and Counseling in 1977. Dr. Donaldson then went on to obtain his Ph.D Degree from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale in 1988. Dr. Donaldson is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. He joined Southern Illinois Psychiatry, LLC of Marion in January 2008.
Gabe is originally from Eldorado, Illinois. He obtained a Bachelor's of Science, Physician Assistant from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale in 2005. Gabe has his Physician Assistant Certification through National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Gabe is involved with the Physician Assistant Program at Southern Illinois University – Carbondale as a Student Mentor. He joined Southern Illinois Psychiatry LLC in March 2007 and has experience working with both adults and children.
Morgan is a native of Charleston, West Virginia. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2008. Morgan then attended the University of Louisville where she earned her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2010. Morgan is a board certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has experience working with both adults and children. She has been with Southern Illinois Psychiatry, LLC since August 2010.
Michon is originally from West Virginia. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the West Virginia Institute of Technology in 2005. She went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing at West Virginia University in 2008. Michon is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Michon joined Southern Illinois Psychiatry in May 2015 and has experience in working with both adults and children.
Katrina is originally from Anna, IL. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Chemistry at Southern Illinois University in 2008. She went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Southern Illinois University in 2012. Katrina has her Physician Assistant Certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Katrina joined Southern Illinois Psychiatry in December 2013 and has experience working with both adults and children.
